HOW DOES AN ELECTRONIC 50/50 RAFFLE WORK?

I made this video about 5 years ago. It still rings true today....mostly. Some states will require a physical draw which the video explained, however many jurisdictions are ok with a gaming lab certified random number generator for the draw.
