SLGA does not allow terminals for non-event based raffles which means terminals cannot be used for anything other than event based raffles.  Humboldt has an exception where they can use one terminal for order processing.

Basic tickets may require total prize value if it's a large raffle (prize over 50K).  This can appear deceptive and I generally try not to include it.  Offering the purchaser the option to receive a mailed ticket is necessary for online raffles and the receipt has to be sent prior to the ticket.
